Senseshield/Virbox LM has no directly business relationship and connection with software developer's clients (end user) and will not collect end user personal information directly.

Such as License issue, verification, binding and activation, license update/upgrade, and provide the Analysis and Statistic Report Service to our Customer's software product as per their directly instruction or as a part of service provide to them. Role of Data Controller: Senseshield provide software copyright and IP protection and software license entitlement service to our customer (As Software Developer), we are acting as a Data controller for the personal/business information collected from our customer directly (Software developer) such as information related to Software protection and license service request, orders, agreements, Service delivery and payments process.
Role of Data Processor: Senseshield provide Software copyright and IP protection and software license entitlement service to our customer's client (end user), we are acting as a data processor for the personal information (end user information) which our customer ask us to collect, process and store as part of license entitlement service provide to our customer, Senseshield only process personal information and data in accordance with our customer permission and instruction, Senseshield has not direct connection and relationship with the end users whose personal information processes. Our customer (Software developer) will determine the end user personal information which Senseshield will process and store on behalf of our customer, and provide privacy notice and response to their customer (end user). Senseshield's Customer will responsible to comply with relevant personal information and data protection legislation in local country and region before provide these information and data to Senseshield.
Senseshield will retain your (As Software Developer) Personal Information for as long as your account is active; as needed to provide your software copyright and IP protection and related License services to your customer (end user); as needed for the purposes outlined in this Policy or at the time of collection; as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., to honor opt-outs), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements; or to the extent permitted by law.
AT THE END OF THE RETENTION PERIOD, FOR SECURITY REASON, AFTER WE RECEIVED YOUR WRITTEN REQUEST TO DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, WE WILL DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN A MANNER DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT IT CANNOT BE RECONSTRUCTED OR READ. Senseshield use physical and technical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss when we collect and process to comply with related requirements by applicable laws and regulations such us Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Strengthening Information Protection on Networks, and Provisions on Protecting the Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users and so on. As a Software Copyright & IP protection and License entitlement solution provider, your personal Information and data collected by Senseshield may be processed in or accessed from the country/region where your products and License services are used or in other countries/regions where Senseshield or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers have presence. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. In such circumstances, Senseshield will take necessary measures to ensure that data is processed as required by this Policy and applicable laws in the area where the data is located.
