  This is Enterprise level cloud base on License Entitlement Management system, which provides software developer with flexible software licensing, license distribution, license activation/verification and other support functionalities for developer in license entitlement management, software trial and promotion, license report and statistics, access & control, etc. Developer can issue license with desired license mode to different license repository: dongle (by calling API), Software license, Cloud based license according to different software application scenario. It is not necessary for developer to invest lot of money to deploy on premise license system and can save expenditure both in Capex and Opex in coftware Copyright & IP protection and license enforcement.

Compared with traditional in-house Protection & License System, Virbox Developer Utility is Light License tools for Software developer (Especially for startup company) with license enforcement and dongle management functions, it is not necessary for developer to invest both in hardware and software to build up local license system, just run this tool in desktop or laptop, then developer can flexiblely issue licenses according to pre-defined license strategy to hardware based Lock (Virbox EL5, top security dongle) and distribute dongle and software to software user, and software user may simply verify license and execute protected software with license existed in dongle.
